When should I use the Flag for Admin Feature?

Learn when and when not to use the Flag to Admin Feature

The "Flag for Admin" feature allows writers and editors to send their work directly to Admin Review, where Scripted team members will review the content. This feature is designed to enable the Talent Community to easily flag jobs without going through support channels.

Here’s how it works

  1. Press the “Flag for Admin” button.
  2. Provide context to the Scripted team on why you are flagging this. Be sure to add as much detail as possible when filling this out.

We would recommend that you use this feature on a must-need basis. Below are some guidelines on when to use the Flag for Admin feature.

When to Use It

For Writers:

- When the content brief does not correspond with what the client is asking for in Messages.

- There are still missing guidelines or questions after you have messaged the client and requested a deadline extension.

- There are word count or pricing issues.

For Editors:

- If you suspect the content from the writer is AI-generated.

- For quality issues, send it back to the writer with at least one round of edits before flagging it to Admin.

- You have had to make substantial rewrites to the piece to get it in a good spot.

When Not to Use It

For Writers:

- Content brief information is missing and you are waiting for clarification from the customer. Please create a deadline extension request instead.

- You are going to miss the deadline. Do not send it to Admin and ask Scripted to send it back. Please create a deadline extension request instead.

For Editors:

- If the piece is not up to quality standards but you have not requested at least one round of revisions from the writer. We need to give the writer a chance to resubmit. Instead, create a Writer Quality flag.
