How to Use Scout as a Scripted Writer to Improve Your Content Quality
If you're a Scripted writer, you know how important it is to produce high-quality content. We've created Scout to help in your content-writing process. Here's how to use Scout as a Scripted writer:
1. Submit your Content:
First, submit your content on the platform and click "Send to Editor" to submit it for review.
2. Wait for Scout's Feedback:
Once you've submitted your content, Scout will start analyzing your text using GPT-3.5 turbo. The analysis process may take a few minutes, depending on the length of your text. Once Scout has finished analyzing the content, you'll receive feedback on your writing.
3. Review Scout's Feedback:
Take time to review the feedback provided by Scout. It's important to read and understand all the feedback, including suggestions for grammar, spelling, tone, and style.
4. Revise based on Scout's Feedback:
After reviewing Scout's feedback, you may need to revise your content. Make sure to address all the feedback provided by Scout in the right rail, even if you choose not to implement some of the feedback. Use your best judgement on what to change.
5. Give a thumbs up or down:
Use the thumbs up or down feature to provide feedback on the feedback. If you agree with the feedback, give it a thumbs up. If you disagree, give it a thumbs down.
6. Submit your Revised Content for Human Editing:
Once you've revised your content, you can submit it for human editing. Follow the prompts on the platform to submit your revised content. The human editor will review your draft and provide additional feedback and edits as normal.
While Scout can provide helpful feedback on your writing, it's your responsibility to ensure that your content follows the client's specific content brief and style guide.
Be sure to review the client's guidelines thoroughly before you begin writing, and keep them in mind as you make revisions based on Scout's feedback. Remember, the ultimate goal is to deliver high-quality content that meets the client's expectations and requirements.
